There is LOTS of natural light thanks to the large sliding doors and windows throughout and a NEW AC system to keep everyone cool and comfortable! Also all bedrooms have NEW quality ‘hybrid’ mattresses/sheets/linens/pillows for your comfort. The lanai has plenty of outdoor furniture and a NEW 5 burner grill! brbrBEDROOM LAYOUTbr#1 MASTER. This room has a king sized bed and a 50” wall-mounted smart TV with Netflix provided for your enjoyment. The king mattress has a plush top and quite comfortable. Additionally, there is a dedicated workspace and chair. There is a his/her closet with plenty of hangers and storage space. You will find a pack and play and highchair in this area and (4) blow up mattresses (2 full & 2 queen). The en suite bathroom has a double vanity and a standing shower. The home boasts two master bedrooms with king beds, en-suite bathrooms and access to the pool/lanai area. The other two bedrooms have 2 twin beds with a shared bathroom. Additionally there is a pool bath with walk-in shower. There is a kitchen and dinning area with updated stainless steel appliances. New washer and dryer. For those of you who can’t leave work behind, there is a home office as well. Open the 3 panel sliding glass doors for a panoramic view of the pool which overlooks a pond.
