Smoking: There is to be NO SMOKING inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio (please utilize ashtrays - do not toss butts in the patio or grass) or outside of the home. Any evidence of smoking inside the unit (ie smells of smoke, ashes, burns, etc) will be an automatic forfeiture of the entire damage deposit and an additional smoke remediation fee of $750 will be charged.brbr9. Trash: All trash is to be bagged and put in the waste bins provided. You will find trash bags under the kitchen sink. When the trash can is full, please remove the trash bag and take it to the trash bins. Please make sure all small trash cans have a bag liner before putting trash inside.brbr10. Inspections: Property Management has the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms of this agreement. Should the guests violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period will be terminated immediately and no refunds will be given. The guests waive all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The tenants shall vacate the premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.brbr11. Security Deposit: A security deposit is required to reserve the house. You will be required to submit payment using the payment link provided within 48 hrs before check-in. Trash: All trash is to be bagged and put in the waste bins provided. You will find trash bags under the kitchen sink. Inspections: Property Management has the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms of this agreement. Finally know that we do have security cameras on premises video/audio recording 24/7 for the safety of our home and the tampering of any security system is considered a felony offense in the State of Florida and will also result in the termination of your reservation. These oils filter through the pump and clog the filter which will turn the water green. If this happens to you during your stay and pool or hot tub turns green it will result in a $250 fee to pay the pool company to treat, clean and re-chemical balance the pool. DO NOT tamper with the pool equipment in any way. Doing so will result in the automatic loss of your security deposit. For example, we recommend carpenters tape (blue or beige) for the walls. We don't allow scotch tape, clear box tape, duck tape, 3m tape, double sided tape, dots, thumb tacks etc. all of these before mentioned peel paint off the walls and damages them. Also, absolutely no glitter please you have no idea the nightmare it is to clean that up and finally, no hanging items from our curtain rails Before leaving all decor, balloons and/or confetti will need to be cleaned up and disposed of. If we have to do this for you there will be an additional $100 charge. We also have a bachellorette decorator upon request.brbrI sincerely appreciate your cooperation and kind understanding in this.
