The spacious Family Room includes a 70 TV, with an adjacent Cherry Wood Dining Room and a fully equipped Kitchen. The Laundry Room has a full-sized washer and dryer and is stocked with laundry supplies. The driveway is extra wide with a single car garage.brbrThe spacious Enclosed Patio overlooks the Large Saltwater Pool (generally preferred over chlorine pools) and a shady Tropical Courtyard, all surrounded by a privacy fence. The beautiful pool is a lazy L shape, well maintained and larger than most, since it was built in the 70's. The (unheated) pool is maintained at least once a week and is for the private use of guests during their stay.
