This unit is our most recent acquistion. It is very nice. The unit has really nice wood plank tile throughout with the exception of the bedroom, which has new carpet. The bedroom furniture is all brand new and the Mattress is also brand new. The Living Room has a brand new 55 4k Tv.brbrYou will love the convenience of Sunswept 103. The condo is located right on the beach. The view from the deck is amazing. Parking is right outside the front door so you won't have to deal with long walks from a parking garage or waiting for an elevator. Beach access is on the side of the building near the front door. There is also a nice community pool in the complex.brbrThe condo has a King size bed in the bedroom, a kitchen with the essentials, and the living room includes a hide-a-bed couch that can sleep 2 additional guests. There are televisions in the Living room and bedroom with basic cable. The unit includes a washer and dryer. The deck has seating to enjoy the view of the gulf and incredible sunsets.
