The spacious living room accesses the outdoor deck overlooking the Links golf course and Choctawhatchee Bay. The living room has a large 75 “ flat screen TV and due to the vaulted ceiling you have the feeling of open spaces. The new modern kitchen has granite counters, new appliances, and a separate dining area. The floors are updated with granite tile. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king-size bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and large bath. The second master bedroom and bath is downstairs with a king bed and flat screen TV.
