This unit is on the lower level across from the pond on the golf course. The beach is within walking distance (approximately 3/10 of a mile). Right behind the unit are free pickle ball courts. There are 5 swimming pools throughout the complex, one of which is located behind the pickleball courts. Tennis is free (need reservations) and golf is available for a fee.
