It features a large balcony with a southern exposure, accessible from both bedrooms and the living room. It comfortably accommodates six guests, offering a Master Bedroom suite with a King Bed and walk-in shower. The Guest Bedroom is furnished with two Twin Beds, while the Living Room includes a sofa bed suitable for young children. brbrPlenty of amenities in the South Seas complex with Tennis, Pickle Ball, Shuffleboard, Dock Rentals if you bring a boat. Well Equipped Fitness Center and Large Heated Pool. Beach Access thru the Pool area with a 10-minute walk to the Gulf waters.brEXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay. brbrRegistration fee is $100.00 which comes with one parking pass. If there's more than one car, each car pays $100.00. The living room and both rooms have their own AC units, as well as smart TVs. This unit has 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and a queen sized sofa bed, all beds have extra linens. The bathroom is newly renovated. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen appliances, plates, wine glasses, coffee machines and more. The rooms are spacious with very generous closet space. This unit is ready to be relaxed in!brbrAll guests have access to the laundry room, storage unit, pool, and clubhouse on site. Guests will have access to beach umbrellas, chairs, and towels as well as 2 bikes. Each guest will have one assigned parking space free of charge as well as access to many guest parking spaces.brbrAll guests must be approved by the condo association before arriving. This condo is in the Second Stack. At times, the balcony could also be closed, intermittently. There will be NO patio furniture on the balcony during this time. Dust will probably also be visible at times during this process.brThe pool will be closed during the day, to about 4:30pm. Access to the beach will be OPEN. Come & enjoy your vacation to the fullest!! brbrThe Apollo is only 1 of 5 beachfront properties where Weekly Rentals are permitted, while also providing the CLOSEST WALK TO THE OCEAN. It is the only weekly rental building that offers a beachfront restaurant on site. And, only a 1/2 mile to the Marco Walk Plaza where there are restaurants, shops & a movie theater! The JW Marriott is less than a mile away.brbr-THE LIVING ROOM: a Large 65” Flatscreen Smart TV able to stream your NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME, and/or HULU when you log into your personal account(s). The patio slider has an electronic blind, so when the afternoon sun comes shining through you can just draw it down & cool down.brbr-THE KITCHEN: All new major appliances, which includes a built-in combo microwave/convection oven, a compact Fisher & Paykel dishwasher, a ceramic glass 2-burner electric cooktop and a refrigerator. The kitchen is also stocked w/ the necessary items. Items include and not limited to; a 12-Cup Drip Coffee Maker, a Single Cup Keurig coffee maker, a large electric griddle, a Blender, Toaster, pots & pans, bakeware & a Knife Block. You'll also find kitchen soaps, cleaning supplies and a roll of paper towels provided (to get you started). Dine at the quartz kitchen island, or al fresco on the balcony. brbr-THE BEDROOM: A new King sized bed and a Large 43” Flatscreen TV. The bedroom closet also provides extra towels and linens if you need them. A vacuum, an iron and a full sized ironing board, as well.brbr-BATHROOM: We provide a hair dryer, Bath & Body Works soaps & a roll of toilet paper, to get you started on your vacation. Just bring your personal favorite toiletries & sunscreen. brbr-THE BEACH CLOSET: Complimentary beach items for your use includes two beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler & beach towels. brbr- LAUNDRY FACILITIES: Coin & Credit Card Operated Laundry machines are on the same floor, outside & just down the hallway. We have laundry soap for you. I can't guarantee they'll always be there, because if/when people use the last of it, we may not catch it. brbr-We limit our condo to TWO (2) ADULTS ONLY. We want you to be comfortable, not “cramped”. The condo is only 505 square feet, so it’s just a cute “little” condo. brbr-PARKING: The parking lot is gated. The only way in and out of the parking lot is with a parking pass, which activates the gate. The parking fee is $45, which gets you a parking pass, along with a covered, assigned parking space. This fee covers your entire stay. There will also be a $75 deposit for the parking pass. This deposit will be refunded from the condo association after your stay, provided the parking pass has been returned to them.brbr-The Apollo has an outdoor heated pool & a hot tub/jacuzzi.brbr-2 Tennis courts & a Gym on sitebrbr-FREE internet & cable brbr-KEY PICK UP: Keys get picked up from a location that is only a half mile away and on your route to the condo. Easy pick up & drop off, directly on South Collier Blvd.brNO EARLY ARRIVALS OR LATE DEPARTURES. IF the condo is available, the maximum allowable time is 2 hours early, or late, and a flat EXTRA FEE of $100.00 will be charged. (Must be coordinated in advance)brbr-WE INVEST IN AN ANNUAL “DEEP CLEANING” ON ALL OF OUR CONDOSbrbrA hold of $500 will be placed on your credit card, to cover things that insurance won't, such as extra laundry, dirty dishes left behind, late check out, extra cleaning & shipping items left behind (to name a few). It is a hold, not a charge. brbr-TURTLE SEASON is from May 1st-October 31st. Renting during “Turtle Season” requires patio lights off & condo shades shut/drawn, closed by 8:45pm until 7am. Significant fines are given by the Fish & Wildlife Management, if the rules are not followed. These fee will be the responsibility of the renter to pay. brbrPre-Registration is required by the Apollo HOA, for all vacationers. Please ensure this is done at least 48 hours prior to the date of your arrival. We will send you the link to the on-line form, to be filled out.brbrWe describe everything as accurate as possible. If you have any questions prior to booking, we are happy to assist you.brbrWE STRONGLY URGE ALL RENTERS to purchase Travelers Insurance in order to protect your vacation and your funds. All companies require you to purchase this within 24 hours of booking your vacation. If you choose not to purchase Traveler’s Insurance, the risk of any travel interruptions, illness, death in the family or other various life’s curveballs will be your own responsibility. Our condo is a fully furnished second floor unit that has an open floor plan with a vaulted wood ceiling in the living room, dining and kitchen area. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a remodeled attached master bathroom with stand-up shower. The second bedroom has a full size bed and a remolded bathroom with tub/shower. There is additional sleeping on the pull-out sofa, located in the living room. The kitchen has also been remodeled and is equipped with stainless steel stove, refrigerator and dishwasher; also equipped with microwave, George Foreman Grill, toaster, waffle maker, rice maker, granite counter tops and washer/dryer which is located inside the condo. New Central air conditioning unit in 2024, WiFi Nest Thermostat, 3 ceiling fans and 3 flat screen TVs; located in every room. The unit comes equipped with cable TV, WiFi, Apple TV (4th Generation), a DVD player with DVD library, Bluetooth Speaker, built-in Wine Cooler and USB charging wall mounted outlets. brbrThe unit is located on the corner of San Marco and Collier Boulevard and has an extended 20 foot private balcony with a partial water view of the Gulf of Mexico. Access to the Residence Beach is restricted to yearly rentals only; no passes are being issued for monthly renters (public access point is .6 of a mile away). There are two heated swimming pools located within the complex. There is an assigned parking space with additional parking available. The Mariner Apartments is a “Monthly Rental Only” complex and cannot be rented by the week; also no pets, and no motorcycles allowed (per complex rules). No smoking inside the unit, on the lanai or outside in any common areas. Rent starts on the first of the month. brbrPayment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the converted amount are specifically agreed in advance with the owner/advertiser. VRBO requires 30% down at time of reservation. Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to occupancy date. All VRBO Instant Quotes are subject to change; due to slight inaccuracies created by VRBO automated responses (see actual monthly rates below). Rates listed are valid through December 2027.brbrVRBO/HOMEAWAY implements a SERVICE FEE for all rentals. This has nothing to do with the owners, this is a fee that they charge. brbrWhat is the SERVICE FEE brbrThe service fee is a fee charged to the traveler and is calculated by VRBO, on a sliding scale of 6% to 15% of the total booking; subject to change between traveler and VRBO/HomeAway. The charge applies to the cost of the rental. Travelers pay the service fee by credit card or eCheck through the checkout flow or payment request. The service fee is charged to the card once the booking has been accepted. The owner also pays a 3% VRBO processing fee for each traveler credit card transaction; in addition to the VRBO required listing fee of 5%, which is also paid by the owner.
