Our house is fully air conditioned and has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms just minutes away from all the Disney Parks. It has a fully screened pool and private vinyl fencing all around the backyard for privacy. It has a sun tanning deck outside the screened pool deck but inside the fence private from the neighbors. For your peace of mind our home is managed by a local managing agent who is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week for emergencies and during normal business hours for other inquiries. brThe family room is comfortably furnished with loveseat/sofa and 50 inch tv. with cable and phone for U.S. only.brThe fully equipped kitchen includes, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker , blender, Keurig coffee maker for single use or regular coffee maker for more cups. All utensils for kitchen pots, pans. The breakfast nook seats 4 and the dining area seats 6. House has washer and dryer for convenience, there is also iron and ironing board.brThe master bedroom is fully furnished with a king bed and a dresser chair, walk in closet and 44 inch tv. One bathroom is located in the master bedroom.
