Large kitchen island, stainless steel appliances, luxurious granite countertop, and state-of-the-art white cabinets. brbr If you prefer there is also a cozy lounge on the second floor in case you fancy a movie, have a coffee, or simply enjoy your time with others! The jets are just air injected by a blower, so the pool will be warm but not hot.brImportant message: brWe clean the pool weekly and check the BBQ propane regularly with or without guests in our home. Guests must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible. brbr7. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental. Guests must acknowledge that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed. This includes inside the rental, outside on any covered porch or patio and 60` from the home. There are multiple propane tanks around the home. brbr8. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or in the property at any one time; a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund brbr9. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this, but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time, and if they are unable to clean, we still have to pay them. brbr10. We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card the day before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur, and it will be released after you check out. brbr11. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check- in (it will be provided before check-in). brbr12.
