The home has a Queen-size bed in the front bedroom for 2 guests and a Full-size bed in the rear bedroom for 1-2 guests. In order to accommodate a family with children, 6 guests, the living space has a Queen-size futon which can be utilized as a sleeping arrangement for 2 kids for a total of 6. I do not list for 6 adults because I feel the space is not large enough to be comfortable for 6 adults. If booking and not sharing a bed, please be comfortable with a futon in a shared living space. Let me know if you need the futon made-up for sleeping when booking. If you book for 3-4 guests, I do not know if you will need the futon made-up for sleeping unless you let me know.
