Come and stay in this waterfront, spacious house with open floor plan, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, screened in porch, sun room and open deck located on the Tsala Apopka chain of lakes. Includes private dock and boat house with electric hook up. The lake at present date 4/25/26 is at a record low due to the state wide Florida drought. Boating from our dock is not accessible at this time. We do have 2 kayaks for your use at your own risk right in your backyard. We do not allow children under 13 yrs of age to stay, due to some unforseen damages that have occurred. Our house is located 12 miles from Interstate 75 and the Florida turnpike in rural Inverness only 3.5 miles from historic downtown with grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and parks. (Liberty Park, Howard Wallace Park, Cooter Park, Whispering Pines Park, and Fort Cooper state park.) The Withlacoochee State Trail is a 46 mile paved rail-trail for walking and biking with access just 2.5 miles from the house.brThis property is conveniently located approximately an hour and 15 minutes from Disney, Busch Gardens Tampa, Sea World, Aquatica, Universal, and both Tampa and Orlando International Airports. brIf you are looking to just relax, stay at the house and enjoy fishing from the dock, kayaking, drinking coffee on the screen room porch watching the wildlife in the backyard, or grilling on the BBQ grill for dinner. There is also plenty of fishing if you bring your own boat, kayak or jet ski for the lake, nearby rivers and the Gulf of Mexico a short 20-25 miles away. The patio/sun room is closed in to keep the heat and bugs out. The main bedroom is en suite and has a king size bed. The second bedroom also has a king size bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and a full over full bunk bed with single trundle underneath.brThere is also a TV in the sun room as well as the main bedroom.brThe kitchen is spacious and well equipped and will be great for cooking family dinners.brMeals can be enjoyed at the kitchen counter, dinning room table or outside on the pool deck.brThere is a washer and dryer in the house so you can do laundry or dry swimming towels as necessaryGuests have access to the whole house. The garages and a closet in the main bedroom is not accessible to guests as the owners keep their personal belongings in there.brNO PETS ALLOWED - You will be fined $350 and asked to vacate the property.brThe nightly rate includes the heating of the hot tub and pool. $100 fine will be charged if the pool/hot tub is not switched back to pool mode after use.
