You can relax and go fishing. A 20 minute walk to the sandy white beach, or enjoy plenty of attractions available just a short distance away. In addition to the two bedrooms, the living room includes wireless internet, smart tv and a big screen (75 in) HD wall TV, a 55 in smart TV in the Master Bedroom and 42 in smart TV in 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed and a day bed in the living room. Sleeps 5. There is a washer and dryer, and extra refrigerator in the garage. The whole house is completely remodeled in 2024 - everything is practically brand new and well maintained. This is a non smoking house! The boat dock is available to dock a boat.

There is a small apartment complex behind the house that we do allow to use the houses beach access but they hardly ever do.brGuest accessbrParking on the beach is tight so there is only one parking spot available for use as the driveway is shared with the small apartment complex behind the house. There is however a public beach access at the end of the street with parking until 11pm or you can get a parking permit from city hall to park there overnight for up to 3 days. The house is very close to a bus stop to catch the trolley down to Clearwater or St. Pete beach and Ubers are always readily available. In addition, there are 3 bathrooms as well. The upstairs master bedroom opens to a balcony with gorgeous views of the intracoastal and pool. This area is perfect to watch the dolphins frolic from. Dolphins are a regular in our backyard! The main level has an open concept living room/kitchen combo. The kitchen is fully equipped to make incredible meals at home! This level opens to a screened in porch that is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee from while watching the sunrise! There is also a washer/dryer available to make laundry done with ease! The backyard contains a heated salt water pool with hot tub, lounge chairs and patio furniture, as well as a gas grill. You can drive the street legal 6 person golf cart around anywhere in Indian Rocks Beach! (You must be 18 with a valid drivers license to operate the golf cart.) To add to your fun, there are 3 clear kayaks and a clear paddleboard to utilize in the intracoastal for the ultimate sea life observation experience! All linens, beach towels, life jackets, puddle jumpers for the kids, and a baby float are included too! This home is located across a quiet street from the park! Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance as well!
