Recently refreshed and re-painted in cool summer colors, this all-Gulf-front complex has served as the favorite beach destination for many vacationers over the years. With 2 pools, grills, an elevator and plenty of parking, it's no wonder Pinkie Flamingo was excited to add this guest nest to her list. brbrAs she cruised down Santa Rosa Blvd, Pinkie almost missed her destination! The new color scheme of Gulf Dunes was quite a departure from the way it had been and a decidedly nice improvement. Parking in the covered, numbered space designated for Unit #201, Pinkie was pleased to note that the open lot out front could hold lots of extra vehicles. With a unit that slept 10, it seemed likely that most guests might come in 2 cars. brbrPinkie chose to walk up the steps instead of taking the elevator…those shrimp & pasta dinners were catching up with her! She easily found the corner unit and was delighted with what she found inside…new flooring, decor and fresh paint welcomed her. Being on the end gave the space a more private feel and Pinkie was drawn to the balcony. The sweeping views of the pools, white sandy beaches and the sparkling emerald waters beyond were mesmerizing. Many of her guests requested full Gulf-front and she knew this condo would be perfect for them.brbrPinkie was pleased with the sleeping arrangements…King in the master, Queen in the first guest bedroom and 2 Full beds in another guest bedroom plus a sleeper sofa. The added plus of 3 full bathrooms made it “right alright”!brbrClose to shopping at The Pier and several local dining spots, the location could not be better. In fact, many were within walking distance!
