Beautifully set in the best neighborhood in sailboat bend, this is my home that we have spent lots of time taking care off and upgrading. It has everything you need. brTropical Oasis with master bed downstairs and attached bath. There's another bedroom downstairs. Washer and Dryer are also downstairs past the spiral staircase, which leads to a huge upstairs that has the living room and vaulted ceilings. We have hammocks hanging from the rafters. there's a bed with attached bath upstairs and a kitchen with bar top dining area around the stove. The balcony and yard are amazing.

This incredibly well thought out property is the twin of our other Zen Home and has everything you need to enjoy a stay with friends, family, & colleagues alike! Located in the posh neighborhood of Victoria Park, you’ll be only 5 minutes away from both the wondrous nightlife of Las Olas where there’s a never-ending list of events for people of all ages, and of course, Fort Lauderdale Beach!brbrWe are usually around in other properties in the area so we may be able to do a meet and greet! But more often than not, you can do a self check in with the code we will provide you prior to 4pm!brbrVictoria Park is a quiet residential neighborhood that has a unique blend of luxury modern mansions and historic properties surrounded by beautiful foliage and lighting and centrally located to everything Fort Lauderdale has to offer!brbrOur property has three parking spaces available: one inside the garage, and two more will fit in the driveway. Before & after each use, please turn on & off the propane tank and/or the knob that shuts the gas off and on. Different properties have different types. Please let us know if you have questions about the grill pertaining to your unit. Please turn on the vent fan while the grill is in use. In order to minimize a messy clean up, we ask that guests use foil and clean up the grill after use by using the grill cleaner formula provided and pouring out the drip pan. We don’t want to have grease as a fire hazard. Fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen, under the sink. The grill is clean and we’d like everyone to experience it that way! Any excess cleaning will result in additional cleaning fees. Homes in Fort Lauderdale will have copper sheets that are required for use and must be cleaned and not thrown away!brWe cannot stress this enough! Our cleaners will charge us for additional cleaning, and we will in turn charge you.brbrBookingbrWhen you book, you are agreeing to pay all charges for your booking including the Listing price, applicable fees like, taxes, and any other items identified during checkout (collectively, “Total Price”). You are also agreeing that C’est La Vie Home Away by Jordan Mikes LLC via Cosmic Property Management or their partners may charge the Payment Method used to book the Listing in order to collect Damage Claim amounts. When you receive the booking confirmation/invoice, a contract for Host Services (a `Reservation`) is formed directly between you and the Host. In addition to these Terms, you will be subject to, and responsible for complying with, all terms of the Reservation, including without limitation, the cancellation policy and any other rules, standards, policies, or requirements identified in the Listing or during checkout that apply to the Reservation. It is your responsibility to read and understand these rules, standards, policies, and requirements prior to booking a Listing. Be aware that some Hosts work with a co-host or as part of a team to provide their Host Services.brbrBroken itemsbrIf for any reason you break an item during your stay, please let us know immediately. We understand that accidents happen, but in order for us to fix or replace something for a future guest to enjoy, we will need to know that it is broken. We really appreciate your honesty. We take inventory of every single item in the home when it is being cleaned, including linens, appliances, towels, and decorations. If anything is missing - this will result in a fee equal to the item’s 150% replacement value.brbrbrCheck-inbrCheck-in time is from 4:00pm -12:00am. If you have a late/delayed flight, please let us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to work with you. Early check-ins are available upon request, however please understand that we cannot make any guarantees until the day of or before. If you are interested in an early check in, please reach out to us and we will let you know what the additional cost would be. Please only use the smart locks to access in and out of the unit. If you use anything other locks and lock yourselves out, we will not be liable for any additional charges and expenses associated with this. It will be charged to you.br If you are granted an early check in, the additional fees are as follows:brbr12:30pm check-in: $300br2pm check-in: $200brbrbrCheck-outbrCheck-out time is 11am. Late checkouts are based on availability and an additional fee of $150/per hour. Unless otherwise authorized by us, please give us a 24-hour notice for late checkout requests or if you would like to extend your stay with us. Please keep in mind that we will try our best to accommodate these requests however we cannot make any guarantees that we will be able to honor your request. If you use anything other locks and lock yourselves out, we will not be liable for any additional charges and expenses associated with this. It will be charged to you. Any guest who stays after the 11am checkout time without requesting it from us previously or stays despite having their request denied will be charged an additional night’s stay and will be forced to vacate. Should we experience any cancellations or losses in our calendar arising from any check out related complications from you or any guests, you will be charged for the next booking. Prior to leaving please place a load of regular towels and beach towels to wash. This will help our cleaners get a head start for our next guest. There are always a total of 5 TidePods for use and this is for free, you will not be charged for it.brbrbrChecking for & Report Damages/IssuesbrPlease note that like any home, our property may have normal wear and tear. We try our hardest to fix, replace, and bring back our property to its original form in between guests and reservations but sometimes it’s just not feasible and sometimes our previous guests don’t mention it to us. It’s your responsibility to let us know of any damages or issues you may have with the home or you forfeit the right to later deny any damages or make claims about the state of the home. All issues should be reported within the first 3 hours of entry. When reporting the issues please notify us with evidence of the issue. For example, broken blender: image or video showing that the blender does not function. For any claims that cannot be photographed, for example, a smell, we ask that guests (at their own expense) involve a neutral 3rd party professional to assess the home to validate their claims. Evidence of this must be supported and legitimized. brbrbrChildren’s SafetybrChildren are always welcome! After all, we have our own offspring! However, please keep your children safe. Our home is not childproofed. There is no pool barrier and we do not recommend using the jacuzzi tub for children. (where applicable)brbrbrCommercial Photography & FilmingbrGuests must ask the host prior to booking if booking is done with the intent to do any commercial photography or filming. We have the right to decline any type of photography and filming.
