Newly screened-in pool; gas grill; House has tile floors throughout; Central air and ceiling fans in every room (or turn off the A/C, open the windows, and listen to the sea); all kitchen appliances and washer/dryer; Beds include one king, one queen, two full. Main Bedroom Suite is connected to the main house, but has its own bath and exterior door to a separate garden; Games, Book-exchange, Cable, WIFI Internet; Fishing poles, beach bikes, beach chairs, toys, and more; fully furnished with kitchen ware and linens. As teachers, this home is very child friendly, including games, toys, a booster seat, and pack-n-play. Yoga on the north beach every morning (s. beach yoga to return in fall, just a bike-ride away)! Access to the beach is just across the road! The garage holds many toys, bikes, chairs, and extras, and may be used to house your bikes and/or small car. Four beaches are as close as 1.2 miles and all within 5 miles! YOU.WILL.LOVE.IT.HERE! :)
