Inside you will find a well equipped kitchen and the cozy family room is adjacent to the kitchen, so no one is left out while cooking. The main bath was recently remodeled and features a walk in shower with a Euro door. The master bath was also remodeled and features dual sinks. Each bedroom has a TV and Tempur-pedic beds. Delray Beach is in a gentrification area. Our Street (SW 7th Street) is one of the nicest (safest) streets in Delray with many updated homes and just a short walk to Atlantic Ave and the beach! Fully updated throughout with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Two large bedrooms on opposite sides of the house provide privacy. Master bedroom with large king size bed is connected to its own bathroom and features french doors to the outdoor pool area.
