The bathroom has a brand new vanity and tiled flooring.brbrOutdoors you will find another 80 sq ft of living space on a huge 20 ft long balcony! being on the 11th floor gives you a fantastic view of both the ocean and the intra-coastal for both sunrises and sunsets!!brbrRight next door is a large resort where you can enjoy amenities such as a spa and great restaurants! Publix and local drug store both within short walking distance! You're within 2 miles of the Daytona Beach Pier and traditional boardwalk area where you can find a movie theater, mini golf and more activities for the family! 9/30/22 Update- our property sustained major damage from Hurricane Ian impacting our clubhouse, pool deck and seawall. We are currently without a pool or sauna until at least early 2024. Pricing has been updated accordingly however my unit was beautifully remodeled after sustaining minor water intrusion during the hurricane to now include full tile floowing and i made some updates to the kitchen while i was at it with granite counters and new appliances. We do still have on site beach access through our garage level as there is a public beach accessway next to our building.
