We provide an initial starter pack free of charge to help you on your first night that includes 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 small soap per bathroom, 1 kitchen paper roll, 3 dishwasher tabs, 1 kitchen sponge, 3 kitchen trash bags and 1 laundry detergent tab. All provisions beyond this are the guest’s responsibility to bring with you/purchase locally. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper, toiletries or cleaning products.brbrPOOL HEAT:brThe pool can be heated and is an additional $35 plus tax per day for the minimum of 3 consecutive nights, please book pool heat in advance. If you book after your arrival, the pool takes around 24 hours to get to temperature and there is a $25 call out to come and switch it on for you.brbrPool heat is set to 87 degrees (this is not warm to the touch, it is set to keep the chill off the water and raise it from its natural temperature in the 60s). Temperatures cannot be set higher due to sanitary regulations.brbrWe cannot be held responsible for failure of the pool heating equipment or issues caused by weather conditions. During the winter months when temperatures are in the 50s and below, this will affect the ability of the pool heaters to keep the pool to temperature. brbrGuests will still be charged for the pool heat, as the pool heater will be running, so it is down to the guest to decide if they then wish to cancel their remaining days of pool heat – we must be notified if they wish for us to switch it off. Refunds will be given on any unused days of pool heat. By booking pool heat the guests agree that no compensation will be given due to faulty pool heaters or bad/cold weather.brbrWe suggest guests check the weather forecast for temperatures before their upcoming stay and then cancel pool heat accordingly if they feel it will be too cold.brbrGRILL HIREbrDue to insurance limitations, the home is not listed as having a grill.
