The Villa Island Estate offers so many options and you will never be bored with your family or friends here. On the ground floor of the villa you will find two master bedrooms with a bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds and have direct access to the pool area, as well as from the guest toilet, which is also used as a pool bath. After a refreshing bath in the salt water pool, you can take a shower immediately under the outside shower with warm and cold water. The center of the house on the ground floor is the large open modern living area with dining room and the very well equipped open kitchen with breakfast bar.brbrA staircase leads to the upper area of the house.
