The City of Cape Canaveral just put in a bike path that runs right by our place and the pedestrian sidewalk is right across the street. You'll also see many people walking their dogs as our neighborhood is very pet friendly.brbrThis spacious 2 bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of a lovingly renovated older home. It is ideal for anyone that has problems with stairs, and has a front and back entrance so unpacking the car and taking in groceries is easy. The living room is an open floor plan to the kitchen and dining area which seats 6 comfortably. Vinyl wood flooring throughout with the exception of carpet in the bedrooms.brbrIt also has the added bonus of an Office with sliding glass doors which open to a small and private patio. The Office is furnished with a desk for your laptop hookup, a printer, bookcase with games and books, and a reading chair. If you would prefer something smaller in size, please ask me about my 1 bedroom unit.brbrAround the side of the house is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand from you, the beach chairs and umbrella after returning from the beach.
