Sunny Side Stay – Steps from the Beach • 28-Day Minimum

This is the best vacation spot around! The owners are exceptional and always available. The property is in an excellent location and always, and I do mean always, in excellent condition! I would give 100 stars if available! Not any negative to say, outstanding, awesome, superb....

Spacious, clean and comfortable surroundings await the next fortunate person to rent this apartment. There’s a well-stocked kitchen with seasonings and condiments to satisfy every need, comfortable beds, an office, and even a washer and dryer a few steps out the back door. Kathy and Scott have thought of everything to make one’s stay enjoyable, and they are very responsive and available. There’s a lovely and private backyard and patio, and we really have appreciated the first floor living with our car right outside the door. There’s no need to stay in a noisy, crowded complex when this quiet place, within one block of the ocean, is available. My husband and I would recommend this rental to anyone!

I could not ask for anything more! The house is clean, comfortable, and full of amenities including fast, reliable Internet, TVs in all the rooms, and a well- stocked kitchen. The owner is extremely nice and goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and feel welcome. Any issues with the house were immediately taken care of. Beautiful Cocoa Beach is right across the street, and it is the perfect location to see one of the frequent SpaceX rocket launches. I would definitely recommend this rental.

The owners have thought of everything. Need only to bring your clothes and toothbrush. In a great location, walking distance to the beach, shopping nearby, many restaurants as well. People in the neighborhood are friendly and very nice. If you’re a cook the kitchen has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. Walk in shower is a nice touch. On sight laundry room was a bonus. The owners are easy to work with and really care that you are comfortable. Hope to return. Very nice relaxing experience.

The property owner Kathleen was great- she is friendly and went above and beyond to provide everything we needed to make the stay comfortable. I loved the fact that there is an office in the home and fast WiFi, which allowed me to work remotely while I was there, and a peaceful area to sit in the back with an awning for shade. The kitchen is large and the furniture, including the beds, is comfortable. The beach really is only 200 steps away, and is spectacular. I definitely feel this house was worth the money and would stay here again.

Property was wonderful in every way!!Owner was super attentive and easily accessible. Minor problem was addressed promptly. Location and amenities were spot on. Would absolutely love to return. Would not hesitate to give this property and the owner top marks.!!

Our family of 5 stayed here for a month while moving to the area and waiting for our housing. I honestly was so sad to leave! The house is clean, and has anything you might need for cooking, laundry, leisure and beach time. The decor is cute and everything is beach themed! My kids loved having the little tv in the bedroom. The kitchen has everything (waffle iron, blender, cake pans, sauce pans and more!) The beach is so close and it’s located at a beautiful spot on the beach that is away from the crowds at cocoa beach but still right near everything. My kids loved the nearby playground. We had an amazing view of a rocket launch from the beach so close to the house that we just walked over about 5 min before. The fireworks for 4th of July were fun too! It was a wonderful time and our family is so grateful to have stayed at this special place.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about our month at this condo. Everything was perfect, from the well stocked kitchen to the well stocked bathroom. If you forgot something, Kathy had more than likely anticipated it & had it waiting for you. With 3 kids with multiple food allergies, I cook all our meals, and usually when we rent condos I have to get creative with the pots/pans situation, but I truly had everything I needed to prepare delicious, healthy meals for my family. The condo is spacious, we all had room to spread out & never once felt cramped, and comfortable. I liked that it had a decent sized kitchen table w/ room for us to all fit comfortably around. It’s a silly thing - but so many times we’ll rent a condo that says its for 5-6, but you can only fit 4 around the kitchen table, leaving someone to sit somewhere other than around the table with the family. The outside shower/hose was nice to rinse off the sand before going into the condo. The walk to the beach is short, shorter than some beach front condos we’ve stayed at in the past, and easy. But if you want to drive, there’s usually ample parking at the free spots by the beach. All in all, it was an amazing vacation, and we’re already planning to go back next year.

Very close to the beach. Kathy was wonderful to work with. Having a washer and dryer on site that was free to use was worth so much to me. Thankful we found this place.
