Inside you will find, next to the spacious living room and a 2019 new installed, fully equipped fitted enormous kitchen with adjoining guest toilet and open to very large kitchen terrace, 2 cozy bedrooms as well as two bathrooms(both en-suites), everything on one level. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed. In the living room there is a cozy seating area with a flat screen TV, a small bar, adjoining dining area. Going away from the ample kitchen terrace a small path between fruit trees(ao ENORMOUS mango tree!!) and lawn is the pool area with a great place for BBQ to enjoy cozy evenings in absolute privacy. As BBQ movable of course could also be used at the huge(dining/lunch) spaces in front of kitchen. The property is completely fenced/walled in, has private parking space for several cars and is accessible through an electric gate. Around the house and the pool area is a beautifully landscaped garden with a variety of Algarve-typical fruit trees and beautiful flowers.
