The terraced house Alegre is located in the beautiful complex Levante and was completely renovated and furnished in spring 2020. The Levante complex is located approx. 500 m outside Armação de Pêra, directly on the cliffs with a fantastic view of the Atlantic. The ground floor has a large living/dining room with direct access to the terrace and garden, also a small kitchen and 1 bathroom.
The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a large balcony with sea view.

Stayed Jan 30, 2022Beautiful house very well equipped. Just for the winterseason the house needs a lot of energy to keep the stay comfortable. But everything is available. A heatpump instead of radiators would have made it much more efficient. The bed-pillows need some reconsideration.
