Amazing views across the whole Algarve. Good road to the top and places to park. Worth parking half way and walking the rest so you can admire the views. Take the track off road to see rare wildflowers and abundant butterflies. Keep your eye skyward and you may see an eagle soaring on the thermals. Well worth a morning visit Imagine being at the top of the Algarve´s world, gazing the sunrise or the sunset, with the beautiful atlantic ocean at one side and the raw small mountains surrounding you. Despite of being the highest, São Miguel mountain is rather low so it is very convenient to drive, bike or walk up there, specially for those sun magic moments. we are a family of three elements.
