We hope you enjoy the property as much as we do!brbrThe ground floor offers a large open plan space featuring a fully equipped kitchen plus living and dining areas. The full length windows let you enjoy the morning sunshine while the beautiful dining area enjoys the softer, late evening sunshine. There is also a downstairs bathroom and shower room.brbrUpstairs are three generous double bedrooms, each with a balcony while the master bedroom has a large en-suite. There is a further family bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning.brbrLocated on the end of a terrace, the property benefits from sunshine on three sides. The back of the house has a good seating area for the morning sunshine next to the pool which is bigger than most. A well kept garden on the west side of the property allows sun worshippers to enjoy the afternoon and evening sunshine and is the ideal spot for that evening drink before wandering down to one of Burgau's many excellent restaurants.brbrThe house is on the eastern side of the village as you enter from Luz. The beach is a 5 minute amble down the hill and the convenience store a 3 minute stroll. The cliff walks are easily accessed for spectacular walks east to Luz or west towards Salema.brbrFurther afield, there are wonderful beaches each with their own beach bar selling glorious dishes of freshly caught fish.
