It is silent at night with only the odd tractor during the warm summer days. Yet the village of Yalding has excellent pubs, a restaurant, a cafe (for great coffee), the excellent Yalding Organic Gardens, a village shop, post office, access to the river Medway (fishing, canoeing etc) and many historic buildings and features. brIt is a glorious walk to Yalding in 20-30 minutes or a 5 minute drive.brbrOn entering the front door of Silver Cottage there is a cloakroom to the right with a large walk-in shower. The next room is a twin bedroom with plenty of built-in storage. The rest of the ground floor is taken up by the kitchen / diner and sitting room.
