Keen walkers and cyclists can explore the Rye Harbour Nature Reserve or Fairlight Country Park which are both within easy reach. The property is midway between the pretty medieval town of Rye, famous for its cobbled streets and smuggling stories or take a trip to nearby Hastings Old Town where there is a wealth of shops, cafes and restaurants, coupled with seaside attractions to keep the family entertained.brbrStep inside this wonderful light and airy split-level cottage into the lounge where a warm welcome awaits you. The dining room offers an additional Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker for enjoying a spot of music whilst you eat. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The cottage offers five bedrooms, two master double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms with shower and WC, located at either end of the cottage, which is perfect for two families staying together. There are a further two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, which share the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The park has a small gym, or you could visit Bannatyne Spa and Health Club next door, that has a bigger indoor pool, gym plus they do regular exercise classes and beauty treatments on offer. Beauport holiday park has a mini mart shop and launderette on site. The beach is less than 10 minutes away by car, and the town centre is about 10-15 minutes away by car.brbrThere are many attractions to visit in Hastings, like the White Rock Theatre, Priory Meadows shopping mall, The Old Town, museums, art galleries, bars, restaurants and Alexander park. Days out to other areas that’s highly recommended include, Camber sands beach, Eastbourne, Knockshatch adventure park, Drusillas zoo etc. There is so much to see and do in Hastings for the young and the old. You could have a peaceful holiday, just going for walks, Spa breaks or you could opt for an adventure holiday that's packed with so much activity. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with all the modern trappings you would expect - dishwasher, microwave, double oven, large gas hob - as well as all the cooking equipment you may need.brbrThe garden has an outdoor shower which is perfect for when you return from the beach.brbrBedroomsbrbrThe three large double bedrooms and the bathroom are situated on the middle floor. All beds are dressed with Egyptian cotton bed linen.brbrBedroom 1brbrThe master bedroom is situated at the rear of the property, and has its own modern en suite with spacious shower.
