A parking permit is supplied for the nearby car park.brbrAccommodation:brbrThe front door of this beautiful little cottage opens into a modern open-plan, combined kitchen/dining and living room area with oak flooring and worktops, which are complemented with large, comfortable lounge seating and bar dining.brbrThe very well-equipped kitchen is complete with a large Belfast sink, solid wood worktops, a single oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules aren't provided).brbrThe living space includes a large sofa and a smaller two-seat sofa along with a cushioned window seat, and a smart TV with included NOW TV premium movies and entertainment channels.brbrUpstairs there are two large bedrooms, one of which is en-suite.brbrBedroom one on the first floor is a large bedroom with a ' zip-and-link superking-size bed which can be divided into two full-size single beds on request at the time of booking. Please note the Parking permits are now only valid in Mayors Avenue Car park between 3pm and 10am between 25th of May and 1st September. Ferry View benefits from a small private rear terrace garden, views from the lounge and master bedroom as well as the beautiful Sky Room that has a very unique balcony system to take in unrestricted panoramic views of the Dart. A parking permit is supplied for the town centre car park.brbrbrAccommodation:brbrThe front door opens to the light and airy hallway which leads through to the open-plan lounge-diner with a subtle nautical theme. The lounge has a comfy sofa and armchair as well as a TV. The dining area has a large table with seating for 6.brbrLeading from the dining area, there is a kitchen with a large Belfast sink, solid wood worktops, fridge, single oven, induction hob, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided). The rear courtyard and terrace are accessed from the kitchen. The washer-dryer is in the built-in shed in the courtyard.brbrUpstairs from the entrance hall you will find the bedrooms and family bathroom. The master bedroom at the front of the house has a kingsize bed, plenty of wardrobe space and a dressing table and chair. There is a TV on the wall and beautiful views of the river and the higher ferry.brbrThe second bedroom at the rear of the house is a cute bunk room, perfect for children (although the bunk beds are standard singles so can accommodate adults comfortably as well. There is wardrobe storage at the entrance of the room. Also on the first floor is the family bathroom which has a roll-top bath with an overhead shower, toilet and wash basin.brbrUpstairs again to the second floor you will find the open plan sky room. With stunning River Dart views due to the uniquely-designed roof system with three 6ft Velux windows that open out into balconies - great for watching the Regatta and the sunset from the estuary. To the rear of the property, there is a more private multi levelled courtyard with ample seating.
