On the lower ground floor is another sitting room, also with sliding terrace doors. Outside is an enclosed landscaped garden on three sides with a terrace with furniture, plus parking for three cars. Close to the village restaurant and the Coast Path, Skerries is an excellent house for a fabulous family break in Devon.
