There are two separate seating/TV areas making this property ideal for larger family groups. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, ferries and South West coastal path. The award winning (Blue Flag) beach is a 10 minute drive away. Castle Cove beach is a short walk away. Parking pass provided. Free unlimited wireless broadband.>
During July and August we offer a minimum stay of 7 nights with a Sunday changeover. Outside of these dates changeover day is flexible and we offer a minimum stay of 5 days. We look forward to welcoming you.

Deceptively large property over 4 floors in a great location for exploring Dartmouth and/or using as a base to trek further afield. The parking permit is a godsend! Nice house within minutes walk into Dartmouth ,lovely views from the roof terrace
