This rural, quaint, 3 bedroom detached lodge set out over one floor in an elevated position looking out over the sea, is situated on the drive just above 'The Guillemot' group of houses.brbrEntry to Thanckes Lodge is up 3 little steps and through the front door on the left of the property. This leads to a little entrance hall where you are able to hang your coats and leave your shoes. Straight in front of you is the utility cupboard, which holds the hoover, iron, ironing board, mop and broom. The entrance to the bright and well equipped kitchen is to the right of the entrance hall. This cosy room with breakfast nook has a large window extending along the full length to show off the view and let the sunlight in to brightening and warm the whole area, making it the perfect place to enjoy an early morning coffee. In here you will find all the necessary appliances – fridge/freezer, microwave oven, undercounter oven, hob, slimline dishwasher - and all the crockery and cutlery needed for your stay. This includes the washer/dryer machine under the sink counter.brbrThe open plan kitchen leads into the large living room fitted with a smart tv and comfortable settees and sofas, there are also board games and books provided for your leisure. The dining area is situated in front of the double sliding glass doors that lead out onto the balcony.
