This house with private pool is located in a quiet area near (800m) from the magnificent Empuries beach (sandy beach at a place called Rec del Moli) Very comfortable house with a contemporary style. For allergy sufferers, its interior layout has been designed to avoid allergens as much as possible (no drapes but shutters). It has 4 bedrooms (including two suites), 3 bathrooms (one of which has a bath), a recent and hyper-well-equipped kitchen (for example: Nespresso machine), a 2-car garage, baby equipment available, ...
