Spans close to 5,000 square feet across 4 floors and comfortably sleeps up to 23 guests. The 4th floor features a unique apartment-style unit with it's own living room, bathroom and kitchenette. On the 3rd floor there are 6 bedrooms, as well as 4 full bathrooms and a reading nook/office. The main floor has a spectacular living room area with a small bar and 85 TV, dining room for 12 people and sun room with bench seating for another 12+ to dine. There are also laundry facilities and an additional bedroom/games room with TV, foosball and pull out couch. The large outdoor deck is great for BBQ'ing or just relaxing in the sun and taking in the mountain view. The basement, which has a separate entrance (only accessed from the outside of the house), features 2 rooms, both with full ensuite bathrooms, along with another full bathroom. Ceilings are low in the hallway, but the rooms are all regular sized.
