There is a total of 3 Queen-size beds and a pull-out couch in the living room.brbrIf you have a baby/toddler, we can provide a high chair and playpen ON REQUEST. Send us a message to get more information.brbrYou`ll have private access to the entire condo and shared access to the hot tub, coin laundry and outdoor common spaces.brbrWe are always available by message and live nearby in case of emergency. We provide self check-in and give our guests their privacy.brbrThe condo is located at Banff Boundary Lodge in the Hamelt of Harvie Heights. It is just minutes from the entrance to Banff National Park and less than 20 minutes from Downtown Banff. The condo is just 5-minutes from the Town of Canmore.brbrA vehicle is required for getting around and exploring Canmore, Kananaskis and Banff National Park. There are walking paths nearby.brbrThe unit is non-smoking, any evidence of smoking in the unit will result in a $250 charge.brbrThe property is about 250 feet from the highway. Most guests are not bothered by the noise and have no trouble sleeping. We`ve even had a guest tell us that they had their best sleep away from home ever in this condo. That being said, a few guests have mentioned that they were bothered by the sound of the highway and that it affected their sleep in some way. Please be aware of this if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise. Thank you and do let us know if you have any questions.brbrLate check-out will result in a $50 pre hour charge.
