Stayed Nov 9, 2025Fine place that will fast decay do to very poor quality materials and cheap appliances. As all things Banff it is overpriced and poorly maintained. Design is really ridiculous. The lobby space is a joke and the couloirs cramped. Walls are full of luggage carriers impacts. Lifts are dirty and, overall, it isn’t a comfortable space. Room was ok. Restrooms are very small and cramped. Kitchen is ok. Beds are unremarkable.

Stayed Nov 25, 2024This place is a gem. Perfect location, right in the heart of Banff and beautifully appointed. Everything was perfect. And I especially appreciate that after my daughter left her stuffed animal there accidentally they made sure it reached us safely back in the US. Thank you!!
