Spacious private king suite steps to DT Banff

Cozy, comfortable and clean. Great location to walk to downtown. Parking can be difficult in Banff so it was also nice to have a dedicated parking space right your door. The kitchen was well equipped to make meals. Shower/bathtub was excellent - unlimited hot water and awesome for a soak after a long day of skiing. The bedroom was very comfortable and quiet for a good nights sleep. Also nice that it is pet friendly. Good communication with host too. Highly recommend!

Great walkable property with an accommodating host.

The unit is very clean and cozy. Quiet and convenient neighborhood. Our check in was very smooth. Thanks Mark for his detailed messages and reminder before we checked out. A wonderful experience staying in Mark's house.

Exactly what we needed for a weekend and conference retreat.

The property is very walkable to many downtown restaurants. The unit was very well stocked with dishes, cutlery etc. Drip coffee pot with coffee and filters was an added bonus for us late risers. Host Mark was very responsive to questions and checked in with us the second day to ensure our stay was everything we hoped for. Contactless check in and out was very easy. Would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a convenient location in Banff.

Mark's place in Banff was perfect for our visit. The apartment is clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our 3 person family. The kitchen is beautiful and very well stocked. Our teen daughter was very comfortable on the pullout couch and there was still room to move around even with our luggage. This was a ski trip for us so the large closet in the entryway and the outdoor ski closet were ideal so we could put everything away at the end of the day. And the location was really perfect. Just a 5 minute or so walk to downtown and a parking space always available for us in the driveway. Mark was also super responsive and easy to work with. We'd recommend this place and would love to stay here again if/when we get back to Banff.

We enjoyed staying here very much. Clean and very well equipped. The apartment is very convenient for the Main Street in Banff but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Off- street parking is a big plus in Banff.

This lovely little apartment was perfect for a quick work trip for a few nights with the husband and large dog. Mark and Carly thought of absolutely every little detail. Great location just a few minutes walk to all shops restaurants and buses on Banff Ave.Also very close to river side walking trails. On a beautiful snow covered side street.Suite was sparkling clean with new appliances and nicely decorated. Cozy heating system.Host was very helpful and friendly and constantly kept walks and drive clear of snowOur family and dog had a great stay there

Absolutely wonderful! Very clean and well stocked unit, close to downtown Banff. Hosts were friendly and checked in several times to see if we needed anything. We’ve stayed in many VRBO’s and this is one of the best!

Extremely well equipped w everything and then some. Everything worked perfectly, everything was spotless and someone has good taste!If mark did I the build out himself he’s hired!! Well done.Location couldn’t be better for a VRBO experience.

Had an amazing stay, well equipped kitchen, large bathroom with bath and shower, extremely comfortable bedd and supersoft bedding, comfortable sofa bed, large television and some outside seating. Super friendly hosts

The place is just as described and there are many things amenities provided. Coffee, creamer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a parking spot. Easily walkable to Banff restaurants and shops. Skied everyday, came back showered and walked to dinner. I would stay here again.
