Please remove outdoor shoes while in the home. brbr○ Quiet hours: 10 pm to 7 am, please be mindful of neighbours, bylaws, and basement tenants (Applicable to certain Units)brbr○ We do have a strict complaint policy. One complaint is a warning, the second complaint is an eviction. Keep noise under 85db, we have a noise detector.brbr○ (If applicable) Please exercise caution on the balcony. All children must be supervised by an adult while on the balcony.brbr○ (Applicable to Equipped Units) Guest will be charged $200 for Banff Pass, $200 for unit fob/key, if not returned. brbr○ Late check-out requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance for consideration. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $50 for the first hour, followed by $35 for each additional 30 minutes.
