This apartment was designed with your comfort in mind and comes fully equipped with everything you'll need for an enjoyable stay. This unit has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath and is located on the second floor. You'll find unbeatable views of surrounding mountains from every window as well as from both the front and back decks.brbrEach bedroom and sleeping area is thoughtfully fitted with black-out coverings to help guests get a good night sleep in the land of the Midnight Sun. The blinds are also top down, bottom up so that you can maintain privacy from the street but still enjoy the mountain views. brbrThere are two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each and one bedroom with a bunk bed that has a twin and full size mattress. The apartment has only one bathroom, but the toilet and bathtub are separated from the sink. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. brbrThe kitchen features a large space for cooking and a grill is on the deck for outdoor cooking as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with most everything you'll need to prepare meals and beverages. We do encourage guests to refrain from cooking fish inside the unit and instead encourage the outdoor grill to cook your local catch instead. We do not allow processing of fish on property.brbrIdeally located right in the heart of Seward within walking distance of the harbor and the historic downtown district, Driftwood Suites houses three vacation rental apartments and the office for a real estate brokerage, Seward Properties. Please keep in mind that the suite shares a wall with another unit. If you're a light sleeper, we suggest bringing a sound machine.brbrLocated only two blocks from a free city shuttle stop and less than a block away from Exit Glacier Guides, which offers inexpensive transport to the Exit Glacier area of Kenai Fjords National Park. First of all... We are a retired military family that is one of the longest running nightly rentals in this area! We try very hard to make sure you have a great stay, and I feel our 4.9+ Star rating shows that! We have 7 different cabins with One Queen, One King, or Two Queen beds. All have Full kitchens, Huge showers, everything you need! We hope you give us a look! brNow for the Sitka Cabin!...brThe Sitka Cabin sits among 100 foot tall Black Spruce and glacier fed creeks. There is a common yard out front that is shared with the Kodiak and Bristol Bay cabins. The yard has a firepit, horseshoes and picnic table. br Inside the cabin you will find a full kitchen to the left, complete with a brand new, full size refrigerator, gas stove, lots of cabinets, and all the essentials for cooking, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc.... To the right is a bath with a dual flush toilet, cabinets and a beautiful 4 foot wide shower stall, perfect for two! (There is No bathroom vanity sink due to space requirements). Towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste provided. The main room has vaulted ceilings, Gorgeous ceiling fan, wonderful king sized bed, couch, tv, storage, LED Lighting throughout, and a hot water on demand system for beautifully hot showers! There is free Wifi and a Wifi ready 50”TV, as well as a USB charging stations by the bed. br The local area is nestled in the Alaskan woods. The cabin is an easy walking distance to remote wooded trails past 100 foot Spruce trees and streams teaming with Salmon. You can walk up glacier fed creeks, spot moose and bear, and watch eagles soar above. br We are located a short 10 minute drive from Seward, where you will find the historic downtown area, lots of shops in the small boat harbor, restaurants, deep sea fishing, whale watching, glacier viewing and much morebr*notes-br* One Pet Only on approval and with $75 pet fee. All pets have to be in leash outside, may not bark or be a nuisance, and can not be left alone if they are destructive or bark or howl.br* Undisclosed Pet will result in $200 fee.br* Undisclosed Person will result in $100 fee. br* No using the sofa as another sleeping area without approval. br* Parking for one vehicle. No trailers or extra vehicles without prior approval. br* No fish cleaning on the property or in the cabins, no bikes, kayaks, fish cooked, etc in the cabins. br**If the dates you need are not available with this cabin, then please look for my Kodiak, Denali, Attu Island and Bristol Bay cabins as well! They are located in the same area.brbr***As a note, please watch your choices of damage deposits when booking. The Nautical Nights - A 2-bedroom Grand Banks in the woods outside Seward!

brIntroducing the Motor Vessel Nautical Nights!brShe will be ready for rentals June of 2026! *more pictures will be added as progress is made!brThe Nautical Nights is an authentic 1979 Grand Banks that is 34 feet long. You will walk through the woods and up a few steps to your Boat Dock, where you will board through the port side door into the main salon. There you will find a wifi smart TV, gas stove and oven, refrigerator, sink, microwave and all the utensils and dishes needed to make all your meals aboard! While in the salon, you will also find the main dinette with seating for 4, and of course the Captains Helm where you can plot your course through the woods!brbrForward of the main salon is the forward berth (bedroom) that is down a couple of steps. There are 2 twin size memory foam mattress that make up the V berth bed, as well as storage drawers and a closet for your clothes, and a Head (Bathroom) with a toilet and a shower (no sink).brbrBack in the main salon, you can head aft (back of the boat!) and down a few steps to the main stateroom (bedroom). There is one full size bed, one twin, a built in desk/vanity table, lots of storage and a Head (bathroom) with a toilet, sink and shower.brbrThe entire interior of the Nautical Nights is teak and left as original as possible.brbrShe is spotlessly clean and appliances are updated to normal toilets, sinks, etc..., so no knowledge of boats is required! However, she is Original, so there are low areas (the average headroom is about 6 foot), things to step over, steps up and down, etc...brIn addition, this is our newest rental, but we have been at this for over 10 years, we are one of the longest running nightly rentals in the Seward area, and have a 4.9 star rating, so we try very hard for a spotlessly clean amazing stay!
