We have an awesome Eero multi-node mesh network fed by fiber optic for up to 1GB speeds (and we typically see 750+ in real world line speed tests at the home) to ensure excellent wifi coverage throughout this spacious home. Spotty coverage is always an issue for big places. Sure internet may work next to the router in the living room, but what about the far reaches of the home! That's why we installed a multi-node mesh network. And what's the internet like It is generally solid. Internet is, of course, an amenity and subject to service provider outages (and guests troubleshooting it), especially with the havoc the sand and salt wreak on cabling and facilities, no more so than any other home on the beach though, and likely better since its close in and new construction!brbrELEVATOR YES!brDiamond has a residential elevator. This can be super helpful. The elevator entry, for those who might need to know for wheelchair and similar assistance, is 33.brbrOf note, the main level bedroom's bathroom has a zero-entry (no lip) shower with a 32 opening.brbrPlease be mindful that elevators in homes are NOT commercial elevators like in hotels and so on. These are small elevators more akin to what you find in other countries and in big city apartments. They are not meant for kids running around, in and out of them, and using them for games.
