It is fully equipped with a security alarm & surveillance system. (The cameras are on the doorbell, in the driveway and back patio). A vibrant and spacious living room area that includes a 60 inch flat screen tv with blu-ray/ cable. There are 4 charming bedrooms as well as a plush queen sized pull out in the front room ( the bedrooms have a king bed, two queens beds, one full sized trundle bed with two twin sized bunk beds) that each have their own closet and storage space with 3 full baths (towels and wash clothes are available for use as well). brbrGuests will be pleased to know that they have access to a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. It includes a microwave, stove/ oven, coffee maker, cookware, dishes and utensils and will serve as a divine fit for any top chef. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside of the home. There is also an outdoor grill for a relaxing and leisurely experience on the covered back porch. As the weather changes from season to season the convenience and serenity of the porch will call your name!brbrLast but certainly not least we must mention that the home is within walking distance of the beautiful Shoppes at Eastchase. Eastchase offers a great variety of upscale dining and shopping venues for people of all ages to enjoy. This lodging experience will provide high- quality at an undeniably great price.
