Park in the driveway at the front right of the home. Follow the walkway to the black front door beneath the covered entry. There are no steps to enter. The front door has a smart lock, and your personal entry code is provided in your digital guidebook once your rental agreement and check-in form are complete.

📝 Rental Agreement
Every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement after booking. Our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same. It covers house rules, check-in and check-out, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage. It takes about two minutes, with no app to download and no account to create. We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete.

● Pet Friendly: Up to 2 dogs or cats with a fully fenced backyard. A $50 pet fee applies per stay (see Pets under House Rules).
● Keyless Entry: Smart lock on the front door
● Accessibility: Single-level home with no steps to enter
● Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Requests are made through your digital guidebook and approved manually based on our cleaning company's schedule. The fee is $20 per hour, with 1:00 PM the earliest arrival and the latest departure. Availability varies by date and can't be confirmed in advance.
● On-Site Support: There's no one on-site 24/7, but we respond as quickly as possible to any issue.
● Security & Noise Monitoring: Motion-activated exterior cameras monitor the entrances and outdoor areas and may record audio and video. No cameras monitor any indoor area. An indoor noise monitor measures decibel levels only, does not record audio or video, and is not placed in any bedroom or bathroom.
● Minimum Booking Age: The primary guest must be at least 25 and present throughout the stay.
