Our large kitchen features new appliances such as a glass top stove/oven and a refrigerator that provides filtered water and ice. We also provide a microwave and keurig (with coffee!) The kitchen is stocked with the basics you need to cook for yourself or a large group. We provide: pots/pans, serving/mixing bowls, plates, bowls, utensils, cups, wine glasses, small crockpot, hand mixer, toaster, blender, cutting board with knifes, fire extinguisher, dish towels, and more. The Morgan’s dining area features a stylish glass top table with 4 chairs and a buffet for extra countertop space. The living area is furnished with a large modern sofa, two comfortable chairs and a foot stool. We provide WiFi and a large ROKU flatscreen TV in the living area. Small tables, lamps, and a ceiling fan is also featured in the living area. The spacious main bathroom contains a shower equipped with a new multi setting shower head, large countertop space, a blow dryer, fresh towels/wash cloths/hand towels. Property has its own concrete boat ramp accommodating trailers up to 9.5 feet in width. Discount will automatically be calculated when you book for seven or more nights and will stack with the early booking, last minute and/or mobile discounts! brbrProperty also has a new concrete boat dock/fishing pier that is 70 feet long. Main boat slip contains owner's pontoon boat. A second boat slip (uncovered) is available to dock your boat or you can use the boat ramp for easy removal and storage. Lower deck is one step down and is a 12 by 22 sun deck adjacent to the covered porch with additional seating and a gas fire-pit with polished glass embers. Great for a chilly night! Lower deck has 5 steps to the grassy yard and it is level from there to the water. Alternate route by the garage will bring you from the house to the water with no steps!brbrLiving area looks out to the water with new remote control gas logs in the fireplace. The living area opens to the covered porch. The living area is large with a vaulted ceiling, new ceramic tile and a large rug. It has two sofas and two love seats to provide lots of seating!
