The patio is exactly five steps from one of the two large outdoor pools, one is heated (seasonal). In the courtyard and pool area, you'll find a large gazebo, charcoal grills, well-manicured landscaping, and a boardwalk leading to the glistening white sandy beach. brJust Right - 2 is a first-floor condo so loading, and unloading is no hassle. It's only a few feet from the parking to the door and there is a cart available. brThis three-bedroom condo features two master suites each with a king bed and a private bath with tub and shower combo. brThe third bedroom also has a private bath with a tub and shower combo, an over-under bunk with two plush full-size beds, and an adjacent twin bed. brThe master suite and the family room have wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling glass doors overlooking the pool and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico white sandy beaches.brThere are TVs/DVDs in all the bedrooms and a big screen in the living area all with 200+ cable channels. Password-protected, high-speed, wireless WI-FI is available throughout the condo.brThe kitchen is complete with all major appliances. New electric range, a fully programmable dishwasher, a large over-the-stove microwave, a full-sized refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, and a full-sized washer and dryer. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, cups, glasses, and serving pieces. Small appliances include a waffle iron, coffee station, blender, toaster, and cookware.
