Xodo - CHARMING AND SECLUDED THREE-BEDROOM VILLA

Villa was as expected and pictures were a true reflection of the property. Everything needed for a family of 6 was available. Kids loved the plunge pool and the adults made use of the large number of sun beds available. Walking distance to town was adequate , however I would recommend a taxi back as mostly up hill. Kathryn responded quickly to messages and resolved the one issue we had with security gate very quickly. Instructions to access the villa were clear and precise. The only negative thing I would say is be prepared to bring mosquito repellent /protection for indoors and outdoors. The area around the villa seems to be affected by mosquitoes as we didn’t have any issues in the townbeaches, but we were getting stung constantly when using the poolsun beds in the villa. Overall though the whole family had a great holiday and the villa met all our expectations. Would highly recommend the Villaany property being managed by Katherine-great host!

The Villa is quite dated and didn't feel like it had been stayed in for a while. It smelt a bit damp and it was very cold.(I appreciate its Dec/Jan) The shower was hot on the first day but then went cold, although when I told Elite Rentals about it they did say they would send someone to have a look right away. I'm not sure if they did as the shower was only warm once then went cold again.The pillows were terrible, and the bed sheets were uncomfortable.There were no table & chairs to sit outside anywhere, which is odd as there is a nice grass area by the pool. If you just want a base to explore the area then its ok, but don't expect home comforts. Its a bit far out to walk into town (20 mins) but taxis are very reasonable. Personally I think the villa is lovely but in need of an update.

We had a lovely week with our family at Katharine's place. The house was functional the terraces and the pool are a plus..the little minus would be that there are not many utensils for cooking..otherwise everything was fine. Thank you!

Beautiful accommodation and terraces, good communication, good location. We had an absolutely perfect stay at this house. Only catch: a lot of ants to deplore inside the house

Beautifull villa with all you need for a family stay. Kitchen fully equipped for cooking and dining. We really enjoy the atmosphere and the spirit you could feel there. Peaceful location made us feel even more relaxed.. I would love to come back ❤ Thank you.
