Located on Carvoeiro’s cliff, the property extends to the small and quiet beach of Vale do Covo
and its magnificent cave.
The house, designed by a famous Portuguese architect from Sintra district, combines both
tradition and modernity. In fact, if the architectural style is typically Portuguese, the villa is
brand new and offers the coziness of contemporary residences.
Inside, arches, wood, and more modern materials like raw concrete, microcement and metal
are combinedin an elegant blend.
The idea that “Less is more” was the inspiration that led to the development of the interior
furnishing and design that allows to enjoy the high-quality materials and the beautiful
surrounding nature.
The villa’s interior layout consists of ample common areas (living room, dining room and
kitchen with a big kitchen island) and 5 rooms, all equipped with private bathrooms (suites).
Two of these suites also have a private living room, which makes the villa ideal for holidays
with family, between friends or even for coworking, since it allows everyone to have their own
comfortable private space, while also being able to enjoy the company of others in spacious
common areas.
Outside, you will find the generously sized pool (12x6 m, 40x20 ft), its big sundeck perfect for
sunbathing, and the covered deck ideal to enjoy your meals with an amazing view over the sea

We have been living and working in Portugal for the past 15 years, where we own and rent
