Stunning large villa with private pool and plenty of space for 8 of us. Beautifully decorated and furnished with all the bedrooms being ensuite, plus extra wc's on the ground floor and in the basement (where there is also a pool table). Loads of seating inside and outside, for dining and relaxing, plus sunbeds for all. The outside kitchen was great, although we couldn't get the teppanyaki-style hotplate working. The sea views from all the first floor bedrooms are beautiful and are even more spectacular from the roof terrace, which is equipped with more seating. Watching the sunsets from up there was just magical. This luxury villa is in a brilliant location within Carvoeiro. It's an easy 5-10mins walk down into town for all the restaurants and bars, and to the beach but equally it is set in a quiet side street, away from all noise. We've been to this area many times over the years and all round, this has been the best property we've rented. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Beautiful garden Really comfy beds Secure entrance Awesome views Close to shops restaurants and mini market No car needed Also would recommend getting a delivery to the address from the supermarket with all your waters and drinks so you don’t need to carry lots of heavy waters throughout your stay, we used Apolonia supermarket online. A safe would be good as it’s a very expensive villa and we have some expensive items in the villa we would like to have locked away. Pool doesn’t have the option of heating which we normally like to buy for the kids. These did not affect our stay though, it was superb

We stayed here as a family with a baby and a toddler. The villa was very well equipped and comfortable, plenty of space for the 6 adults. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for BBQs in, we would recommend Apolonia supermarket for a big shop - you need a car to get there. Walking distance to town - we had a lovely dinner at the chefs table and black salt. We would recommend both of these restaurants. The garden was beautiful, a very relaxing setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This villa has everything you need for a fabulous family/ friends holiday. The decor is even better than in the photos, it has everything you could possibly need! Great entertainment system with speakers in every room including at the pool. Only a few minutes walk from the nearest restaurants and bars, 10 mins walk to beach or boardwalk. Would definitely come back. The only one thing that lets it down is the pool not being heated. Even though we were there 1st week in June, the pool was freezing, our 3 year old grandson wouldn’t go near it which was a shame. For a villa of this price I would expected a heated pool.

Beautiful well equipped villa. Excellent location. Nothing lacking. Pool table on lower floor level brill for alternative to sun and pool. Best pool we have had in any holiday villa. 3 generations on holiday and catered for all. Bath towels could be softer.

The house was amazing very beautiful and modern. Walkable to restaurants, stores and beach.

We stayed here for a week in August (sorry for the late review!), it was a family trip of 8 people between the ages of 13 and 80. I can't stress this enough, it was the best villa I have ever stayed in! The whole place is so well designed and equipped that the pictures don't do it justice, it was just perfect. The pool was a great size and was very well maintained with guys coming and cleaning it every few days while we were there. The kitchen is unbelievably well kitted out with a very good built in coffee machine, Global knives, le Creuset pots, think I spotted a champagne saber in one drawer but we weren't brave enough to try that out :-) There are tablets dotted about on the walls to control all the built in speakers and the lights throughout the villa which I loved. The outdoor kitchen was amazing with a big Napoleon gas BBQ, a Kamado Joe smoker, a teppanyaki grill (...I think, we didn't actually use that one) and a fridge for your daytime beers. Before arriving we were concerned it might be a bit out of the way up what Google earth showed as quite a steep hill but actually it wasn't bad at all and was quite a nice walk into the main area with plenty of restaurants and bars in-between - not that you ever really need to leave the villa! I don't have a single bad thing to say about it, 10 out of 10!

The house is even more spectacular than the photos make it look. And Kate was an amazing host. One of the children traveling with us broke a big window. Kate literally said accidents happen. No freak outs. She immediately had a team out to help with the cleanup, then got us an itemized bill so we could pay for the damages. Obviously we would have had to pay regardless, but she didn't have to be so understanding.
