4 bedroom villa located just 5 minutes from the centre of Carvoeiro in the exclusive Vale de Milho area. The villa has a heated swimming pool, tennis court and golf green located on a large plot making it ideal for a family or a couples getaway. The villa has sea views from the terraces. There is a restaurant within 2 minutes walk and the beautiful beaches (Benagil) are less than 5 minutes by car. A golf course is also within walking distance.
An ideal villa for a perfect holiday in the Algarve. All 4 bedrooms are spacious, 3 have double beds with en suite bathrooms and one is a twin room. All bedrooms have direct access onto terraces overlooking the swimming pool.

There is a dining kitchen area with serving hatch into the kitchen, large living area with smart TV.
Well equipped kitchen includes Nespresso coffee machine.
Outside there is a garden house next to the tennis court currently serving as storage: kids toy room and large areas of shade to relax and unwind. A new grass lawn area and has also recently been installed in 2026 and the garden has been landscaped.
The gardens are mature with lemon and orange trees that guests can help themselves to.

There is a built in seating area around the pool next to the charcoal bbq to enjoy the evenings in the sun.
The property is fully air conditioned recently installed in 2025 to all bedrooms and the living room.
The pool can be heated for an extra small cost per week or day (minimum 4 days).
The house is securely gated with electric gates and not overlooked making it very private.

Had an exceptional time at Rob’s home in Algarve. Beautiful, spacious, comfortable home for relaxing and entertaining. Close to so many things. The his town has wineries, a bustling oceanside town center, and beautiful beaches (Praia do Carvalho is a must visit). It easily accommodated the spectrum of guests from my 6-year-old daughter to my 74-year-old mother. And it was a great center point for visiting many other towns in Algarve. My only complaint is that I couldn’t stay longer.
