Great family villa with private pool!

The villa is within walking distance of Carvoeiro centre and also approx 10 minutes walk to the beautiful Centeanes beach. The kitchen and the breakfast room are both modern and of good size with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob. There is a table and chairs in the breakfast area and this has patio doors to the garden. The dining area has the enclosed atrium leading off it with Portuguese tiled bench and table. The sitting room leads from the dining room and has three settees and flat screen tv with UK channels.

Patio doors lead off to the pool terrace with tables and chairs and bbq to one side. The pool is a good size with pool heating if required. All the bedrooms are good size with one on the ground floor having an en suite shower/bathroom and two bedrooms share a bath/shower room. There is also a separate cloakroom. The master bedroom, upstairs, with its en suite sitting room and shower room is a lovely space with good sized terrace with great views of the local countryside and sea.

The villa has air con throughout - in the major rooms and has garden surrounding it

Lovely big villa with impressive master bedroom suite. Large swimming pool and loads of room for sunbeds. Plenty of places to sit in or out of the shade. Rapid response by Elite staff. Needs a visit by maintenance staff to sort out the parasols, dishwasher, clothes airer, drains.

Great villa. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 children. We had the pool heated and it was definitely worth it, even in August. An easy 15 minute walk into town or less than 4 euros in an Uber. There were also 2 really good restaurants that were closer. One a 5 minute walk away, on the way to town and another - Vale do Milho- a 10 minute walk in the other direction. We had a problem accessing the villa when we arrived as there was a button on the key to extend it, which we didn’t know about but the property managers were easy to get a hold of and the problem was solved quickly. The villa was very well equipped and very clean. It could do with more shade around the pool - possible an awning. There were a couple of umbrellas but it was hard to position these to provide enough shade for us all to have lunch outside. But that is my only tiny criticism.
