Stayed Dec 30, 2025We had a very enjoyable stay, the house was very clean and the kitchen was vey well equipped. The layout of the house is a bit weird with the kitchen and living room upstairs and most of the bedrooms downstairs. The outside amenities are very nice, although the pool was unavailable because it was winter.

Stayed Aug 16, 2025Exactly as advertised. Wonderful hosts and property.Amazing villa, pool and tennis court (table tennis). Family friendly and ate outdoors every day! Everyone enjoyed the pool. Carvoeiro walkable and taxis cheap if required. Highly recommended.

Stayed Aug 11, 2021Rudi and Kathleen (owners) could not have done more to ensure we had a fantastic stay. The villa was perfect in every way and the pool and tennis court got lots of use. I would definitely recommend!

Stayed Jul 6, 2019We were a party of 10 ages 16 to 50+. The villa was perfect. Beautiful, clean with everything to keep everyone entertained. The facilities were fantastic, especially the tennis court which kept everyone busy. Would highly recommend.

Stayed Oct 13, 2018Four couples stayed a week at the beautiful Vivenda Summertime and had a great time. Rudi and Kathleen were very warm hosts and made our week very pleasant. We were able to walk to restaurants and the beaches and enjoyed the pool and tennis court. We would highly recommend this property! Tory Molgat

Stayed Sep 22, 2018A wonderful property, spotlessly clean with lovely big bedrooms and en suites. The pool and tennis court are great additions and make for a lovely holiday. The house is “upside down” with all the bedrooms on the ground floor which is a bit odd as when you are lying by the pool you have to walk through someone’s bedroom to go upstairs to the kitchen - or you take the winding metal outdoor staircase which is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. We had a fantastic time - our only complaint was that of the 30 or so tennis racquets available, all of them were completely broken, so make sure you bring your own!!
