Parking notes: Guest parking is designated to the North West Parking Deck. Two (2) parking spaces are allowed per unit in the garage, parking is unassigned. Please display a parking pass on the windshield visibly. Failure to display a valid parking pass could result in the car being towed. Parking passes and wristbands are paid for on-site at the ground-floor security desk upon arrival. The fee is $70 (cash or credit; price subject to change).
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo was beautiful along with the amazing view!! Had a few issues when we arrived but Vacasa was prompt & professional with handling them. Will return!!!

The room was good size and clean. The only thing I was disappointed in was the parking situation. We were on one end of the building and we had to park on the other end. Its a very, very long walk to the car.
Master mattress needs to be replaced, not fit to sleep on, master tub wouldn't drain, sofa bed broke. Other than that we loved the apartment. It was very clean, nice and perfect location.

Great stay. Clean property. Very short walk to the beach. Close to golf courses if your into that. Would come back.
We loved the view from the balcony and the space was nice and clean. The bed isn't very comfortable which is a negative for me since I still wanted to be able to relax. You could hear the springs pop and feel them. Be prepared to walk a while to get to and from the parking lot though. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was nice as well, but very crowded due to young spring breakers.
